Meeting + event space available to rent:

Bar Milton Parc has a capacity for 120 people and a functioning bar. They charge $100 per event, pay what you can/flexible. It is a great place for a party or a co-op general assembly

The CCMP’s common room and library is available for small meetings of up to 15–20 people. We charge a voluntary contribution.

Office space available to sublet for 3 months 

We have an office space for 2–3 people (160 sq ft) that is available for temporary sublet for 3 months! Flexible rent: between $480–750 for the whole room, or $150–300 per work station. This includes hydro, hi-speed internet, access to a printer, and use of common areas (kitchen, library/common room, rooftop garden, and backyard).
