Our Potluck and Film screenings committee meets every week or every other week. We organize a monthly potluck on the third Saturday of every month.

In the summer, we organized a monthly picnic in Lucia Kowaluk Park. In the winter, it has been a hot chocolate stand outside of 3516 Parc.

These events are often mixed with political elements. In the past, there has been a general assembly during a potluck, as well as a book launch and urban agriculture conference. There is always a table with leaflets.

We also hold film screenings in the community, typically in collaboration with other groups. In 2021 we did a number of film screenings centering around imperialism and colonization.
